Then go through your case file (get a copy from the court clerk, ask for the entire Transcript including the Reporter’s Transcripts – THIS IS IMPORTANT-MAKE SURE THE DETENTION HEARING TRANSCRIPT IS INCLUDED THIS IS THE VERY FIRST HEARING AND EXTREMELY IMPORTANT THAT THE JUDGE MAKE CERTAIN FINDINGS AND ORDERS. Look through that transcript, compare to the list of required findings found in this article, highlight on the Minute Orders where they CLAIM to have made these findings, then write a complaint letter to:

  1. Our court system demands anywhere from $350-700 for court transcripts. How can low income parents who are being railroaded by this system afford that???

    1. Lori, not the entire case file transcript, that is called the “Clerk’s Transcript”, yes, that will be expensive. But, you can get that for free, all you have to do is APPEAL ANY DECISION after any hearing, then your appellate attorney has to give it to you for free. What I am talking about it the Reporter’s transcript which you purchase from the court reporter. Their name is on the Minute Order. Those are usually $60 or so. Small price for justice. I understand not having the money but if I could do it all over again, I would have sold my soul for $60 to fight back.

  6. I am regular visitor, I can’t stop reading and I work for CPS, I already know this stuff. I didn’t think anyone else would ever figure out what is going on.
    We are told to stay off of these sites because people don’t understand how important we are to the children. If I wasn’t drunk right now I would care but I don’t. CCCCPPPSSS SUCKKKKKKSSSSS and I know it but it pays the bills tomorrow around 5pm we are removing 2 children from a retarded couple, did I say that I said slowwww couple because they didn’t apply for aid when they should have and I don’t like their church. Hows that for honesty now do something about it. Well are ya? Thought not. You told me to be honest now figure out who I am
